Instructions for Authors

Extended Abstracts

Extended abstracts should be prepared in MS Word, using the AQUA≈360 template. This template has been designed with specific styles and formats embedded, to ensure consistency across all authors - incorrectly formatted submissions will not be accepted. When submitting your abstract, please rename the template file with the surname of the first author, followed by the institution's short form (and a number if submitting multiple abstracts) e.g. 'Smith-UoE-01', 'Smith-UoE-02').

Extended abstracts must be written in English and should not exceed two pages, including figures, tables and references. A 300 word summary, which will be printed in the conference programme, must also be provided during the submission process on EasyChair. This does not need to be repeated in the extended abstract.

Submission opened on 20th January 2020 and Submissions must be received by 5th February 2021. All authors will be notified by 2nd April 2021 of acceptance of their papers.

If you have any queries about the extended abstract preparation and submission process, please contact the AQUA360 organising committee at:
