Extended abstracts should be prepared in MS Word, using the AQUA360 template. This template has been designed with specific styles and formats embedded, to ensure consistency across all authors - incorrectly formatted submissions will not be accepted. When submitting your abstract, please rename the template file with the surname of the first author, followed by the institution's short form (and a number if submitting multiple abstracts) e.g. 'Smith-UoE-01', 'Smith-UoE-02').

Extended abstracts must be written in English and should not exceed two pages, including figures, tables and references. A 300 word summary, which will be printed in the conference programme, must also be provided during the submission process on EasyChair. This does not need to be repeated in the extended abstract.

 

Submission opens on 20th January 2020 and extended abstracts must be received by 3rd April 2020. Notification of acceptance and classification will be provided by 8th May 2020.
